this is japanese translation issue.

* Step
1. ¬Hosting Plans::Purchased Plans¬
2. click ¬Purchase Plan¬
3. select any plan and , click ¬Buy Now¬
4. click ¬Purchase now¬.

after step 4, HC show
¬Submit a New trouble Tichket¬ page.

But this page was not traslated to japanese.
How can i translate this page include,
Subject and Problem message template.
