iis migraration

Hi,
I am looking to upgrade a glorified desktop webserver running iis 6.0. to a new dual pentium server with seperate os drives and data drives.

What is the best way to migrate all settings? We have around 50 websites running...can we move user settings and folder permissions?

Since the data will now be on a different drive, will that mess things up?

We have RBX running but are concerned with some permissions that were/are changed manually.

RBX can take care of the migration. It will setup wesbites, dns, mail, user accounts, permissions, etc. You will only have to manually adjust the special permissions which you said you have for some accounts.
