mail setup

even though as a HOST ADMIN I support IMail when my resellers or webadmins want to setup a new mail domain they have the ability to select MERAK or MailEnable, this is a nuissance because they choose merak or mailenable and of course nothing works because they are NOT INSTALLED. If they are not supported by server and in the HC configuration IMail is selected why are these other options offered to customers ?

Actually Mail Enable and Merak keys are still there in registry thats why HC is listing them at the time of mail domain creation. Please follow these insturctions to completely remove them from HC Panel:
1- First you have to apply hotfix 1.9 on your machine which is available at this URL. http://hostingcontroller.com/english/downloads/HotFixv61_1_9.exe
2- Then delete IceWarp & Mail Enable registry keys at this path on your server Start--->Run---->regedit32--->H_KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE--->Softwares
