Log Rotation - Zip Files Corrupt?

Has anyone else checked their Log Rotation created Zip files and found them to be corrupt? It has only happened to 2 customers so far, but in both cases they have large log files (over 30MBs per day). Since the Zip was corrupt and the logs were deleted, I had to spend almost an hour restoring them from tape. Thankfully I found this now and not later since my current backups only allow me to go back in time a total of 3 weeks.
