Merak Mail Server and HCP Problem

I m a new hosting user in hc.

i installed merak mail server.and i stoped mail enable professional.

but now i cant create a mail box on hosting controller panel.

only i create a mail box on my remote connection merak mail server administrator.

Hc support is not online what can i do???

You can not create additional mail boxes from HC panel to merak. HC does generate a URL of Merak Mail Administration so you can add additional mail boxes from that interface. If live chat is down due to some technical reasons then you can come to our MSN [ support@hostingcontroller.com ] which is online 24 * 6 days a week.
