Hosting controller crashes Imail 8.05

Hello Everybody,

Yesterday I faced a very weird problem which I don¬t know if anybody has faced earlier. Here is the whole story.

I am using Hosting Controller as the control panel and Imail 8.05 as the mail server in a Windows 2003 server. I found a website with dedicated IP hosted in the server. Hosting Controller has a facility by which we can change the hosting type of any website from Shared IP to Dedicated IP and vice-versa. I tried to change the hosting type of the website from the dedicated IP to shared IP. The moment I did that the whole Imail server crashed and there was only one entry and that too of the website which I changed to Shared IP from Dedicated IP. Although there seems to be no logic, I believe that there is certainly some bug in Hosting Controller which caused this. I have tried to consult the support team of Hosting Controller, but they are not ready to believe it. If anybody has faced a similar situation before, please help me find out the reason.
