AWStats missing days on version 2.9

I am missing days from all of my stat sites as well and I have v2.9. It happened on 4-13 and 4-14. The delivery service has stopped again today. Under Recovery in services, there are no action to take. I changed it to "Restart the service" on both "First failure" and "Second failure". I will watch for a while. I didn¬t show any errors in my event logs either.

I see that I added several new accounts right before the delivery service failed. I turned the service on and just received several invoices from HC. They are the only accounts I created since v2.9 as well.

Please make sure HC delivery service is running all the time because it is must for AwStats.

Shouldn¬t you make it so the service is set to restart then by default if it fails?

Genesis last post on this wasnt answered either. HC didnt like my post insisting that it was HC issue so they closed it.

According to the event viewer

"The Hosting Controller DiskQuota Service service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 0 milliseconds: No action. "

moegal Have you checked your event viewer to see if you have the same thing?

If something is out of our scope how can we do any work around? We can not restart HC delivery service becuase some of the HC customers are not using this service.

HC disk quota service has nothing to do with Stats. Its HC delivery service, responsible for Stats updation in case of AwStats Server.

I did see the same thing in my event viewer. I had just created a new reseller when it closed the service.

Then it is related to disk quota system not with stats. Do you have any problem with HC disk quota calculation?
