SQL 2005 Ent With Client Tools Error

Hi,

I¬m attempting to get HC working with SQL2005 but it¬s giving me some trouble.
HC itself is running via SQL 2005 rather than access DB which is great, but it refuses to create new databases for customers.
I have installed the client tools which includes legacy support to no avail. The error I am presented with is as follows.

Error: 71400050 : Unable to perform action. Error: Microsoft SQL-DMO Error -2147200437[SQL-DMO]DBFile name or physical name not specified.IDispatch error #20555

Anyone else had this?

Please make sure SQL Server Client Utility is properly installed on your Server and you can connect with remote SQL Server through it. Moreover in SQL Server Client Utility settinngs that Server Alias = Servername
Network Library = TCP/IP should be set.

Hi,

I can connect to the SQL DB remotely without problems. My server is in america and I am in the UK, I can use SQL Server Management Studio on both my PC here and remote desktop¬d on the server. TCP/IP is Enabled and I am using the server name as the SQL server alias.

Erm.. ok

It suddenly started working. Can¬t explain it, I got up this morning and it worked.
