HC Delivery Service

I can¬t seem to get HC to successfully send emails...

The error log is:

"Error","10/02/06","08:54:44","Failed to send mail","mx23.emailfiltering.com"," from@from.net"," to@to.net","Bandwidth Usage Report","An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine.","C:\Program Files\Advanced Communications\Hosting Controller\HC_SMTP\recyclebin\5703f94d-bca7-43b6-ba79-45458f073723.sqm",

The error I am confused by is "An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine."

This is the error returned by destination email server where mail is being received. Please consult with following articles:

Thanks for the advice. We finally found the problem was McAfee VirusScans Access Protection Policy which was set to prevent mass mailing worms from sending mail.

All working now, cheers...
