Master Admin Abilities

A problem that was with the older system was that the host admin cant directly edit or delete accounts even though they otherwise have full control of the server.

For example HC tech support added about 12 FTP accounts and I have to track down which reseller they are under since the system will not let me delete them.

Host admin can 'Auto Login' in any reseller/webadmin account to edit/delete or perform any other operation.

Nothing is "auto" about it. It is quite a laborious task which is automated in other hosting platforms. Expecially if the reseller has 50 websites each with 50 admins and some admins have 5 ftp users.. so then you have to login into the website admin to delete those!

Normally Host has nothing to do with webadmin accounts. This option might useful ONLY for you but not for others.

Of course the host would You cant delete a reseller that has websites setup... you cant delete a website that has ftp users... it is all a pain in the azz
