Virtual Directories and SmarterMail

Newbie needs some help.

Using SmarterMail 4 with HC7 on Win 2003. I want HC7 to automatically add Smarter mail as a virtual domain for each new domain I create. It's creating the mail domain okay, but not creating the virtual inside the web domain. I have to manually add it each time.

Should I have set up Smarter Mail as a website in IIS, or as a virtual directory?

Thanks for your help.

Well such implementation is not possible through HC because we support default behavior of Smarter Mail.
