After i install HC7 i cant login!?

after i installed HC7 on a computer that already have HC6.1 with hotfix and i entered durring the installation hcadmin for username for the host and the same for password and when i try to login it gives me a

Error : Invalid Username or Password.

i re-installed HC7 and again it gives me the same error! can someone tell me where is the problem?

i have one more question, do i have to uninstall HC6.1 before i upgrade to HC7?

when i tryed to retrieve a the password from the user account hcadmin it shows me "User account does not exist in the system."

i just re-install HC7 changed the username and the password for the host and still it tells me that there is not such a user hcadmin7, but i created when was the installation of HC7 and also i checked in the Computer Management in Users there is this user hcadmin7 ! what i do wrong???

It seems HC7 panel is not being connected with Database or for some reason HC database was not created in database server ( MSDE or MSSQL Server ) during installation. Yeah they haven't been on MSN since last week.

Live support wasn't online for a couple of hours yesterday, they responded to emails though.

I would guess hc are busy or something like that :)
