Error adding new server

Hi,

Anyone know or seen this error?
I click on add new server then select it from the drop down menu and click next, the next page the first question is "Web Root Path" I click on the Browse button and I get the following error?

Error occurred while browsing the targeted Server, either Server is not responding or Service is not running.

The services are all running fine?
No firewalls blocking?
Any ideas?

Restarting HC7 Remoting Service on the remote server and on the master server.

If you haven't rebooted since hc7 install a server restart on hc7 services is required.

Hi,

Support helped out and found that I had downloaded 2 different versions. I downloaded 1 days apart and did not realize that the version had changed.
