Issue on Installer - iKernel.exe

Hi,
I can detect that on Installar build 6 and build 7, when I make clic on HC7.exe appear after the first screen this message: "Error installing iKernel.exe (0x2400)"

What does this error mean?

In my second attempt of install, I can do it! BUT always in my first attempt I received this message: "Error installing iKernel.exe (0x2400)"

Im looking for in Google about it, and this problem seem with InstallShield..

Yes issue is related with Install Shiled. Please check it yourself. Thanks
