consecutivews are not allowed

I am a reseller and when I try to add a new domain to my reseller account I get this error message:
consecutivews are not allowed

It would seem as though I am the only one who is experiencing this problem and at this point I am not able to add domains to my account.

My ISP from whom I resell from is telling me that this error is caused by my local internet connection or something on my local PC.

Can anyone tell me what this error message means and what needs to be done to correct this problem.

Thank you for any assistance that you can provide.

It seems you are trying to create domain using WWW prefix. Please note that HC creates WWW Cname entry automatically on domain creation in zone file so you dnt need to create domain with WWW prefix.
