HC7 dont support serv-u 6.x

i install the serv-u 6.4.0.2 and i see that hc7 adds the user but on serv-u i dont see it

It is working locally. Please contact hc support they will check this issue for you.

I have this same problem actually with 5.1. The users can login, but if I go into ServU console I cannot see any domains or users.

It might be possible you are using MS FTP Server and ServU is not configured with HC.
