Offline installation.

I'm trying to instal HC7 on a ofline server. The reason for this is the folowing I think build 9 is good enough to use on my production servers so I tried to instal HC7 on a new offline server afther installation I plan to replace this server with one of my old production servers.

Now the following problem occours I can not add the server with the right IP addres to the cluster becours the server is not operating at this IP address at this moment. I have configured the NIC with the static right IP address and hooked it up to a router so that the NIC is connected and has the right IP still I can't add te server in HC

Is there any workaround for this.?

What error does HC throw at the time of Server addition? Are you trying to add server with its first IP bind on the NIC?

HC response with this error
Error : 73400260 : Unknown exception occurred while communicating with Remote Server in the Cluster.

It seems to be a communication problem. Please consult with this article.
