How to configure HC with 2 Servers

Hi All:
I am new to hc. We just got hc7 working on 2 servers. First is master and dns. Second is smarter mail, dns and database. Am I correct in assume that all configuration should be done through the master server?

It seems you have configured HC panel correctly. Please consult with this article. FYI you have to configure each server separatly from Server Manager--->Edit Server.
