Auto Sign Up Error - Blank Page "After Upgrade B12

I'm looking for a quick solution for my problem. The problem is after I upgrade HC7 to build-12 this problem start showing. The sign-up page is blank when click create account. I was answer by one of the Technical Support Engineer by HC with un-satisfied answer. Anyone have encounter and fix this similar problem please reply.. Below is what I got from HC customer support.

How soon is the solution? If someone want to sign-up, they can't. Unless we do it manually which is not appropriate for our business. Please provide me the fixed solution.

Actually its a bug and we are working on it and fix will be released in upcoming build.

Could you give me an estimate time when the next fix build will come out. Right now we're hanging! This software cause us a time and money. No one can sign up!

How difficult to answer my issue? I just need to fixed your program so that I can move on! I understand if you guy's are from 3rd world country... If I send ticket it will be the same thing... I will wait forever! Actually my ticket still open for this bug issue! Well, I regret now I should bought another -webhostautomation- MLEH. I thought I can saved money & time, but I'm wrong. I hope my problem will solved soon.
