hotfix Build 13 crashed HC
hi, i am using HC for 4 years on 2003 server now with HC7. i always update all software immediately. i've just updated HC7 hotfix build 13 and my HC crashed, stopped, not working. Here is the message when i call from admin;

yes, any idea to fix this?
i installed the old hotfix but i still get the same error message.
