Error: Catastrophic Failure

Dear Support,

I am getting following error while uninstalling. I just reinstalled MSSQL server after that I am not able to login on the HC Panel.
So now I am trying to remove HC7. Database server has already uninstalled. But getting this error.

Component transfer error
Component: Hosting Controller
File Group:
File:
Error: Catastrophic Failure

Is there any way to remove this manually. Kindly update ASAP.

    You have corrupt installation of HC. Please consult with this article to manually remove HC.

    Dear Support,

    Thanks for your support. Now HC 7 has been removed. But after reinstalling HC-7 MSDE version I am not able login through browser. I am getting following error "Invalid User name or Password" and while I am trying to change hcadmin password by "resetpasswordhost.exe" I am getting "login failed for user hc7dbadmin"

    Kindly update ASAP.

    Thanks for update. Now my last problem is I am unable to register HC- MINI license on Panel. I already used this key before on the same PC. but after reinstalling on the same PC I am getting following error "Error : 70900330 : License information not updated successfully.".

    I already go through with this article http://support.hostingcontroller.com/index.php?action=kb&article=275

    I am using build 14 but it showing Build No. 7.00.0013.

    Kindly update

    Please contact sales dept. with your server, hc panel access and HC Mini license key. They will resolve your issue.
