Does that DB exist in your DB Server too?

It seems your SQL Server is on remote machine. Please make sure you can connect to your SQL Server remotely using SQL Server client.

This error comes if the user which you created with MSSQL database through HC 7 does not have permissions on the MSSQL database anymore. HC 7 use that user permissions to delete the database. Go to MSSQL interface and set the same user permissions on MSSQL database you want to delete and then you will be able to delete the the database from HC interface without any issue. Thanks

If db created through Hosting controller then what possible reasons could mess user permissions on it ?
