Changing the root directory

When I change the web root path to the new location for higher capacity my old sites cannot accessed thru the control panel folder manager tools. but FTP I can access the folder.

How to fix this one?

Yes you can not access folders for old sites through folder manager. First you have to move all of your old sites data to new location and update paths in IIS for all old sites. Then you can browse their folders using folder manager.
