How to get account HCADMIN back?

Hi HC supporter.

I have forgot password of account hcadmin and I don't know LoginID, how can I get it back? could you support me as soon as possible? it is very urgent. Thanks in advance

thanks to HC supporter for your help. I have corrected this problem and it works again.

You can check 'default host' key in registry for host name and then reset the password from computer management in case of HC6.
