Issue with IIS Password

Hello,
        I can detect this fail:

Description:
The HTTP Filter DLL C:\Program Files\Advanced Communications\Hosting Controller 7C\Components\IISPasswordFilter.dll failed to load.  The data is the error.

This error appear for some websites, also the websites are down! when it has IIS Password! It's a bug.
