Cannot send emails or they never arrive.

Anyone using HC 7 or 8 have trouble sending emails? My emails never send they get stuck in the Unsent Email Queue. Also when I run the test email it sends and then sometimes it doesn't. And... When I use the "Forgot Password" option. It sends the link verification sometimnes and then I never get the password reset email. I am having a real issue with this. It seems to be only to local domains

If you are using HC8 then first make sure that you are running latest build (5), secondly this is not a bug in hc. It could be related to the Smtp setting , login in hc panel as reseller which facing this problem go to My Server ---- Delivery Setting, make sure it is correctly configured.

Secondly enable HC Delivery logging from hcadmin level path My Server --- Debug setting. After that each time when HC will try to send email it will generate log and save in HC installation log \Advanced communication\Hostingcontroller\log folder. This log file could help to find the reasons of this problem.
