security: implement "open_basedir" restrictions

the lack of "open_basedir" restrictions is a security concern to us. Again we find ud forced to update the config of every webhotel on linux manually.

could this security improvement be implemented in the upcomming release? As a setting probably to not mess with other hosts needs and there customers webhotels
