Linux service not auto startinf after reboot

Every time you reboot the Linux server, it will not restart the web service. I turned off selinux, but still fails to start. Can anyone assist?

[To set apache/bind/mail etc services to auto start on linux following commands may help:
    • chkconfig --list httpd  (this will show if it is off or not at reboot )
    • chkconfig httpd on  (this will set to automatic start status )

Well that might be true with other Linux service. But that is not the case with the Linux service. I will try and let you know.
