LockedDedicated SSL is greyed out....

Dedicated SSL is greyed out....

and i find no way to enable it. Also a search within the forum was without success. How can i provide dedicated SSL certificates to my websites?

    Any resource which is not enabled at Server Manager :: Global Settings would show as greyed out.
