IP Addresses not showing in HCnix

We have added three additional IP addresses to the server
 
We tried hc manager / ip address manager / add ip address
There are no IP addresses listed to add to a reseller
 
 
 

Under IPAddress Manager, you can assign ipaddresses to any reseller. Once the ipaddresses are assigned to one reseller then those same set of ipaddresses cannot be assigned to other reseller. Make sure, you are assigning different ipaddress to your resellers. 

We have ten public IPs on the server.
We have assigned one to a reseller
Under IPAddress Manager only one IP address is available to be assigned to any reseller
