Billing

Just wondering. I just started using HC billing and a client of mine has paid their invoice but it still says they owe the same amount. I look under my profile and it says they owe the same amount as well. AM i supposed to clear their balance manually?

    Has anyone noticed the arrears and total balance after the upgrade is not correct. I have invoices that show the arrears as what should be the total amount and then the total amount doubled. For ex. if they didnt owe anything but after this bill they owed 50.00, the bill says arrears 50.00 and total due 100.00 which is incorrect.
