Getting system errors from HC

Every time I log into my Server 03 I have to hit "Don't Send" to multiple errors. All of them say the same thing and are noted below.

This has been going on for awhile and the errors are starting to get old. They have nothing to do with the new build

Got the following Errors below from the event viewer
1st one is under Application and the 2nd one is under System

A process serving application pool 'HC7AppPool' terminated unexpectedly. The process id was '4720'. The process exit code was '0xc0000005'.

It seems 'HC7AppPool' is being crashed. Please create a new 'HC7AppPool' with Local System identity. If same issue is still there please contact HC support to check this issue.
