How to move websites..

There are some of our websites which were created manually. Now we want to handle them from HC panel.. Is there any way to move them in HC panel easily...

Hello,

There is an option in HC 7. Go to System --> Migration and click on Import Websites. You will have to login using hcadmin. Though this is an option available in HC, I have myself never tried this. Hence, I cannot guarantee its success. Try it at your end and update in the forum whether it worked or not.

We've been attempting to import our existing websites using the HC7 migration module. We have created 2 hosting plans, both with unlimited services, yet the migration fails consistently due to the following statement;

No suitable hosting plan found to import this website.

We have created plans for the reseller and only webadmin in the system. Are we missing some priviledge setting within these accounts?

Web Server: Win2k3 2.8Ghz P4 2G RAM.

Please check quota of the resources in the plan being used to import the site. If you still have problem then contact our live chat for assistant.
