PHP4 / PHP5 selector

Make it possible for clients to select between PHP4 and PHP5, like they already can select between ASP.NET versions.

Many clients are still using PHP4.

usually people use php4 for developing applications but all such script execute in php5 without any issue. So it wouldn't be a bad idea if you run the latest version.
Atleast I didn't face any computability problem yet.
