Feature Suggestion - Email Addresses

I have been getting email addresses from HC 7 sent to the one email address it asks me to put in. As the server admin (and probably as resellers as well) I would like to see two email addresses. One that HC sends email to, like the above notifications. The second email address would be the "From address".

Thus if HC sends me a message it doesn't get logged in or help desk system, which also means I don't see an autoreply from our help desk system saying it got the email.

If a customer gets an email from the control panel, let's say with regards to quota, then since it came from our designated reply address all they need to do is reply to it to get assistance.

It would just cut down on the daily noise.
