None of my Click and Install Apps work for me
I am having a lot of problems trying to use the click and install apps. Let me just state, I am not an expert in the hosting business. I only have a few clients and I wanted to increase my business. I wanted the convenience of the click and install apps which is why I paid to upgrade to HC7. I had already installed phpb and it worked fine, but trying to make it work through HC7...nothing.
I paid to have HC personnel install the upgrade, thinking everything would work after that...NOPE. I had to step backward in MYSQL to use the click and install apps.
I verified the click and install apps were enabled, ports were opened and I tried to install the apps. Some of them like the blog said it worked but it just shows a web page saying "page cannot be found"
I am not sure if I need to install anything or what it is I am doing wrong. I am running Windows 2003 server, the latest HC7 build. I have also been working with the HC support staff since Dec 27th, but it still isn't working.
