Build 13 - New Add ons not working

I am getting the following error when clicking the install button:

75700000 : Polls type specified is not valid.

Does anyone know what to do when you see this?
I checked my global config and my hosting packege and everything looks good

You have to sell click and install apps. (Ad Pols) quota to reseller from host level.

It works now
For some reson I had to go into the Global Settings and just save the same settings.
Now it works
