I'll TRY one more time

I have been trying to run the UPGRADE UTILITY since last saturday. It goes through all steps fine I am able to link or unlink the necessary services and servers as I need, eveyrthing look good until i get to the last step and click the UPGRADE button, after a while of displaying the progress bar then it says FINISHED with errors.
When I go to the NEW HC7 install I see the only thing imported were the hosting plans for resellers. no users, no domains, no hosting plans for webadmins... NOTHING... I looked at the error log but is criptic and it doesn't shed any light into the problem to me....
I already sent a ticket over 2 daysa go so I guess I qualify for the 15 to 24 hours support experience ??
HC ? do you want your clients to be abel to move to HC7 ? can you help ?

Luis, you did not mention the error details in your posts therefore I can not say anything for sure. Please open a ticket on HC support with your server access and error detail. They will check your issue in detail.

    Luis, you did not follow the instructions properly mentioned in upgrade articles given by us. Support dept. are checking your issues and here are their initial findings:

    - Firstly Hotfix 3.3 was not installed on your HC6 machines and it is clearly mentioned in this article to install hotfix 3.3 prior to run upgrade utility.

    - Secondly on both HC6 servers you were using IPless FTP Site named as Default FTP site in IIS but in HC7 it was different and support had to fix it.


    You don’t cooperate and always blame us. Issue can only be fixed if you help us in fixing them.
