Log Activation

I have a problem with HC 7, whenever a web site is created the log of the domain is automatically enabled. Can this be by default off? So that it is turn on only when we turn on the web stats?

HC by default enables logging for each site but you can disable it after domain creation at host level from Domains--->Propertiese---->Permissions (uncheck 'Enable Logging').
