Why is Livechat not appearing in the HC website? Have they stopped giving support on Livechat?

I am saying what I am seeing. I don't see any livechat option at my end in your website. Here are some screenshots which prove the same.

If you can see the link to the livechat in both the images, then I am ready to fix an appointment with my Doc for a Eye sight check.

I don't see the live chat in your screen shots but if you still don't see it try another brower or pc
