install app issue

Only effecting Windows
Running Server 03 IIS 6

The following install aps are not working but has always worked before:
phpBB
General Error
Unable to remove files within ./cache/. Please check directory permissions.

    Please make sure you have required click and install apps. folders at this location \Advanced Communications\Hosting Controller 7C\Tools of HC7 installation and 'HC7Administrator' has Full permissions on them.

    I did that and now only one doesn't work is:

    Give website anonymous user READ/Write (0775)permissions on domain.com/special folder, then try.

    patrick did you have this issue too?

    Giving "anonymous user READ/Write (0775)permissions on domain.com/special" to the whole special folder seems to be overkill and php has enof of security issues as it is. That will more than likely work if I just apply it to the "cache" foler but this fix is per domain.
    I need a fix that will work on all accounts

    Right now I'm looking into the ".htaccess" file in the cache folder
    If I can get it working thru that file than I can change it in file dir "C:\Program Files\Advanced Communications\Hosting Controller 7C\Tools\phpBB\cache" and it will work on all accounts.

    except the click and install apps are remotely installed can you change the chmod for the cache folder during the install and save us all the trouble?

    Almost all click apps I use with my linux hosting server, There I can't see any trouble.

    This issue doesn't effect linux servers only windows
    After installing build 18 this was fixed
