'Start Website' icon is not working

We are using HC 6.1 with Hotfix 3.3.

Domains :: Properties > Start Website

In most of the domains properties, 'Start Website' icon is not working and it looks like shadow. We checked in IIS. At backend starting and stopping of website is working fine. We are using the same version HC 6.1 and Hotfix 3.3 in other server and it is working fine.

We need to check it on your server. Please contact hc support with access.
