HC : this is not our business try to contact anyone else or go pray may god help you
client : no , RBX can't tack backup of HC database
HC : contact Microsoft to download the database
client : the database is working but RBX doesn't take backup

You've been HC customer for quite some time and this is unfortunate to know that instead of appreciating the effort HC technical support have always put to resolve your issues, you're mocking us with incorrect chat transcripts. If this is correct transcript then please share us with the exact date or if you want I can send you all the chats you had with us from day one. I'm replying to this post after reading all chat transcripts.
