ANZ eGate Integration

Hi,
I have to integrate "ANZ eGate" payment gateway into my site. I tried doing it through "Billing System :: Integrate / Edit Payment Gateways :: Configure Gateway" page.
In the page I have to give the variable names for the request and response options. I hav the list of variables that I get from ANZ.
But I am not able to map the same with your oprions in "Billing System :: Integrate / Edit Payment Gateways :: Configure Gateway" page.

Kindly help me to map the variables. I can post the list of variables from ANZ as well. But here is no option to attach the file.

This is very urgent. Request you to help me in this at the earliest.
