Disk usage and bandwidth usage check

Is the Disk Usage and Bandwidth usage check improved in HC8. HC7 never gave proper usage details when using remote mail servers and DB servers. Even for standalone servers, it did not give proper disk usage report. Is it improved? One of the primary reason why one of my customer is still using HC6.1 is the improper disk usage reports. And what about the new File Resource manager introduced in Windows 2003 R2 and Windows 2008. Does HC8 support this feature for disk quota?
