Follow below instructions
1= Go to this path C:\Program Files\Advanced Communications\HostingController\Temp and remove the temporary uploaded files
2= Give everyone users full permissions on temp folder located in C:\Program Files\Advanced Communications\HostingController
3=If you are using 2 nic card then priority of network card which using HC Ip should be on top, check it from Start > Control panel > Network Setting > Advanced tab > Advanced setting.
4= go to start > run > dcomcnfg >Component Services > computers >Dcom config>>>>>> Right click on ‘ FiletranferService ‘ properties >>> Security tab… There give everyone user full permissions in “ Launch and Activation permissions , Access permissions, configuration permissions “
5= Follow below to refresh HC client service
a= Restart IIS to unlock block dlls
b= Open command prompt and navigate till this path "C:\Program Files\Advanced Communications\Hosting Controller\Web\bin\". Now run the following command from command prompt to uninstall the HCClient Service.
C:\Program Files\Advanced Communications\HostingController\Web\bin>HCClient.exe -unregserver
c= now give command to register it
C:\Program Files\Advanced Communications\HostingController\Web\bin\>HCClient.exe -service
restart HC client service in services manager.
This shall fix the issue.
