    Follow below instructions

1= Go to this path C:\Program Files\Advanced Communications\HostingController\Temp  and remove the temporary uploaded files

2= Give everyone users full permissions on temp folder located in C:\Program Files\Advanced Communications\HostingController

3=If you are using 2 nic card then priority of network card which using HC Ip should be on top, check it from Start > Control panel > Network Setting > Advanced tab > Advanced setting.

4= go to start > run > dcomcnfg >Component Services > computers >Dcom config>>>>>> Right click on ‘ FiletranferService ‘ properties >>> Security tab… There give everyone user full permissions in “ Launch and Activation permissions , Access permissions, configuration permissions “

5= Follow below to refresh HC client service

a=  Restart IIS to unlock block dlls

b= Open command prompt and navigate till this path "C:\Program Files\Advanced Communications\Hosting Controller\Web\bin\". Now run the following command from command prompt to uninstall the HCClient Service.

        C:\Program Files\Advanced Communications\HostingController\Web\bin>HCClient.exe -unregserver

c= now give command to register it

        C:\Program Files\Advanced Communications\HostingController\Web\bin\>HCClient.exe -service

restart HC client service in services manager.

    This shall fix the issue.
