New Installation error! HELP!!

The HC8-x64 file that I downloaded today gives me this error:

Can any tell me why I am getting this error and provide me with a solution? PLEASE!!

All I did was double click on the installation file.

All I did was double click on the installation file.

This problem might come due to insufficent permissions or hc installer file is corrupted.

Login with admin privileges user and then run setup. if this didn't fix then re-download hc installer from link
HC8 64 bit = http://hostingcontroller.com/english/downloads/HC8-x64.exe

Hope this shall fix the issue.
