credentials ****ed up after creating and removing a virtualfolder under linux

I created a virualfolder on a linux server and removed it again because the customer was reporting that the application stopped working after creating the virtualfolder. But after removing it is no better and it seams the credentials are completly a mess now.

this is a "ls -la" in the folder where the virtualfolder was pointing to. And the application is still not working!
