Who would like file attachments in integrated ticketing system?

This is a feature we really miss, we have to ask users to open ticket and email us a file.

I think would be simple to add upload file in ticketing system and really well accepted feature.

I agree, of course, but then again, this a feature they can program in a few minutes and that is lacking since first version of HC...

File upload using HC built-in ticketing system feature will be provided in HC8 build11.

Ah that is, i am searching for.. but no problem I will wait for Build 11.
