Error : 72500100 : Unable to copy File/Folder; please try again.

Our users are unable to install wordpress or joomla. The error code is not in the HC knowledge base. Does anyone have a clue what could be wrong?

HC is failing while moving wordpress/joomla folder into domain.com/special folder.

Following could be the reason for this issue

• Click apps folder missing in the HC installation directory in web server machine
  Linux : /usr/local/hostingcontroller/tools
  Win: c:\program files\advanced communication\hostingcontroller\tools
• Database is not creating , make sure that mysql db is creating for website on which you are installing blog/joomla
